1. Customers can purchase our products by contacting us, making an appointment, and visiting us in our offices. If it is not possible to visit us in our offices, purchases can be made online. Customers need to contact us and we will consult with them regarding their interests by phone or email. 
2. We have an unconditional 30 day return policy for all of our merchandise. This includes orders for our diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry that we have designed. This policy does not apply to special orders involving customers’ designs or diamonds and gemstones customers’ submit to us for setting in one of our designs. 
3. Jewelry can be cast in 14 kt white/ yellow gold, 18 kt white/ yellow gold, palladium and platinum. Prices shown on this website are for 14 kt white or yellow gold only. Special quotes will be given for the other casting materials. 
4.One half of the purchase price must be paid before an order is assembled. The total purchase price must be paid before the order is delivered or shipped. Financing is available. 
5. Cross of Light Diamond inventory generally consists of the grades F, Vs1 – I, SI1 (price/grade chart) Diamonds that are graded within this range look white under all conditions and imperfections cannot be seen with the naked eye. Imperfections within these parameters are even difficult to see with 10x magnification. Diamonds graded within these parameters cannot be visually distinguished from the very highest grades and most customers do not care to pay for the higher costs of the very highest grades. The reason we mostly stock within these parameters is because customers purchasing on line usually do not have an opportunity to view their diamonds prior to purchase. If these customers select diamond merchandise within these parameters they can feel assured that the diamond they select will look as good as diamonds that have the highest grades. Since so many customers wish to "Design My Own Engagement Ring" there is some inventory outside these parameters and customers can also special order Cross of Light Diamonds outside these parameters if they wish to do so.
6. Customers can purchase regular diamonds from us if they wish to do so.
